Club Happenings, Events and News
Several RATS members responded to the ARES call up September 1, 2006 when Tropical Storm Ernesto came barreling through Central Virginia severely flooding the Battery Park area in the City of Richmond. The American Red Cross opened a shelter at the Arthur Ashe Center for displaced residents, and the Chesterfield ARES group was called up to provide communications support.
