Frostfest offers a limited number of tables for ham radio affiliated groups that are non-profit (not necessarily 501(c)3), and who do not intend to sell anything at Frostfest. These tables are intended to allow organizations such as MARS, local ham radio clubs, SAR groups, ARES, and other emergency communications groups, etc., to showcase their organizations to solicit membership and awareness. Donation jars are allowed. You need to contact us early to reserve one of these tables. They are located in the "front' of Henrico Hall; there are a maximum of ten, and if similar groups can be combined we will request that you do, and provide contact info for each group so you can coordinate your efforts. Groups who wish to qualify should use amateur radio as a primary means of communications. Groups such as SAR, MARS, amateur radio clubs, ARES groups, etc. are who we are trying to help. Remember, these tables are not for selling items, they are for publicity purposes only. |

RV Camping is available at Frostfest for $45/night. Electricity is available. Water may or may not be available (do not count on it). There is a wastewater dump station. The Raceway Complex has made paved parking and electricity available when the regular camping area is too wet or soft. Frostfest issues a camping permit for your windshield when you purchase RV Camping. This permit is necessary, otherwise the RRC Security will ask you to leave.

Commercial Tables are those located in the front half of the Commonwealth Building, directly inside the entrance to Frostfest. These tables include pipe & drape surrounds in the rear and sides. Each booth is equipped with one eight foot table, and electricity. Several are reserved for our "major" vendors and manufacturers' representatives, but many top spots are available.
