RATS Codeplug README for the CS750 Hampton Roads Brandmeister Add-On

 * This codeplug adds the HPUB,POXH,VABB,and YKTB zones to the CS750 or converted dual-band codeplugs using the N0GSG Contact Manager software.  This is not a complete codeplug.
