Field Day Radio Auctions

Over the past twenty years, RATS has used two Icom IC-746Pro radios as our primary tools on Field Day each June. These radios may be older, but they are fully functional contest-grade analog radios with relatively few hours on them. The club will be selling these radios to make room for smaller, more modern rigs. This provides our members and friends in the Richmond, Virginia Area an opportunity to purchase these radios - and a full suite of accessories - at a decent price. 

Each package includes the following, all in working order:

To be fair to all interested parties, these radio kits will be sold via online auction here on the RATS.net website. The sales will have starting bid prices of just $500 with no reserve, and will take place as follows:

• First kit: May 1 through 7, 2026

• Second kit: May 8 through 14, 2026
  
  

Please note that these are LOCAL auctions only. The winners of each auction can pick up their new equipment at the RATS storage facility in Midlothian, Virginia, or we can deliver the kit to them within 25 miles of Midlothian. All sales are final.
