Renewals are now being accepted for the 2025-2026 membership year.
This year, payments for renewals will be handled by a new provider, Zeffy. They provide no-cost payment processing services to nonprofit organizations like RATS.
Allow up to 2 weeks for your record to be updated after you submit your payment.
Dues are due by end of day September 30 to avoid a lapse in membership. Memberships not renewed by December 30 will be automatically relinquished.
Important: When you make a renewal payment, you will be given the opportunity to make additional donations in two places:
At the bottom of the membership type selection screen, there is a field for an additional donation to RATS. 100% of this donation goes to our club. A tax receipt will be provided for donations entered here.
Just before entering your payment card details, there is a field for a contribution to Zeffy. None of this donation goes to RATS directly. It funds Zeffy's operations and enables them to provide free services to nonprofits like us, which saves RATS around $200 per year in fees. You can set this to $0.00 if you prefer. To do that, click the dropdown box and select "Other."
Additional contributions entered in this section will not go directly to RATS.
You can pay your dues by debit or credit card, or by ACH withdrawal. If you access the payment form using your mobile device, you can use your phone's mobile wallet application. Apple Pay and Google Wallet are supported.
Members who prefer to pay by mail may send a check payable to the Richmond Amateur Telecommunications Society, P.O. Box 70613, Henrico, VA 23225. Allow 3-5 weeks for receipt and processing.
You are making a one-time renewal payment. For now, we will not be using automatic payments on the Zeffy platform.
