Some current and former members may have received an email indicating their account has been deleted. These can be ignored.
Current (and possibly former?) RATS members may have received an email notification on 7/23/2025 indicating that their RATS account has been deleted. "Thanks for giving it a try!"
These unexpected messages are related to the termination of our old membership management platform, Wild Apricot (2018-2025) and can be ignored.
All automatic payment arrangements were terminated and RATS member profiles were transferred into the new RATS Membership Management System (RMMS) in late June. If you wish to check your current member status in our new system, you can do that right here. Questions? Contact secretary@rats.net.
